JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER RESTAURANT at KFC Nanaimo, BC
Permanent employment, full time position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education, College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in Hospitality administration/management, or Restaurant/Hotel /food services management and related services
English, proficiency of at least CLB 5.
Work experience: 1-3 yrs in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
JOB DUTIES:
Evaluate daily operations of the restaurant, Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations, Recruit staff, Set staff work schedules, Supervise 5-10 staff , address client complaints
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, ensure health & safety regulations met
Organize and maintain inventory, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, manage events.
