Job description:
· Greet customers and provide helpful service.
· Scan items and process payments using cash, debit, or credit.
· Bag or wrap products carefully for customers.
· Answer questions and give basic product or store information.
· Balance the cash register at the end of the shift and report totals.
· Keep the checkout area tidy and follow store safety rules.
· May help restock shelves when needed.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Friendly and good with customers
· Able to handle cash and use a register
· Can stand for long periods
· Some retail experience is a plus, but not required
· Willing to help with stocking and keeping the area clean
