Job Description:
· Prepare various types of sushi items including sashimi, sushi, maki, rolls
and other Japanese & Korean dishes
· Handle all kinds of raw fishes by skinning and deboning
· Plan and develop seasonal/special menu
· Perform monthly inventoryC
· Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality
· Hire, train, and supervise semi-skilled cooks and other kitchen staff
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required
- Min. 2 - 3 years of cooking experience required
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $ 22.00 to $36.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
