Term of Employment            : Permanent, Full time and 40 hours a week

Schedule                              : Evening, Flexible hours, Morning, On call, Day or Weekend

Wage                                    : $ 36.50 per hour

Language Requirements       : English

Start Date                              : As soon as possible

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate special events

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

• Inspect kitchens and food service areas

• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Clean kitchen and work areas

• Organize buffets and banquets

• Manage kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Completion of College

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cook

• Strong communication skills and efficient Interpersonal Skills and Attention.

• Highly organized and thrive as a Team Player.

• Must be detail oriented and client focused.

• Can work under pressure and physically demanding.

• Can lift heavy items as needed
