We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Food Restaurant Manager to oversee our Hello Pizza location in Blairmore, Alberta. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for great food and service.
Job Duties
Operations & Staff Management
Plan, direct, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
Implement company policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
Recruit, train, supervise, and monitor staff performance.
Prepare and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct staff performance reviews and support employee growth.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service consistent with Hello Pizza brand standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized restaurant environment.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
Prepare daily cash reconciliations, balance sheets, and operational reports.
Monitor sales performance, control food and labor costs, and achieve profitability goals.
Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
Complete administrative tasks as required by management.
Employment Requirements
Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service .
College diploma (3 months to less than 1 year) in hospitality, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets, POS systems, and staff scheduling software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
