Job Description
· Develop the company’s short-term and long-term strategic objectives for cleaning operations and business growth.
· Establish and implement policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
· Plan and coordinate the organizational structure, including key departments such as Operations, Scheduling, Customer Service, and Human Resources.
· Approve staffing plans and recruit supervisors, team leads, and other key personnel to support efficient service delivery.
· Allocate and manage financial, material, and human resources to meet business objectives and client requirements.
· Oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial controls to ensure profitability of cleaning operations.
· Ensure the company maintains compliance with all health, safety, and labour regulations in the cleaning industry.
· Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
· Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance, coaching, and disciplinary measures as needed.
· Coordinate cleaning schedules, work assignments, and team deployment to optimize service coverage across all client sites.
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring consistent service quality.
· Approve procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other resources required for day-to-day operations.
· Establish operational procedures and administrative systems to track staff performance, client satisfaction, and resource usage.
· Represent the company in negotiations with clients, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
· Delegate authority to trusted staff for decision-making while maintaining oversight of operations and service quality.
· Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning work to ensure adherence to company standards.
· Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
· Foster a positive workplace culture that motivates staff and encourages professional development.
· Stay updated with industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· High school education is required
· 2-3 years’ experience is required of having worked in a similar role or in a cleaning business
· Ability to supervise more than 20 people
