$36.75/hour for 30 - 40 hours a week. Overtime applicable after 40 hours.

Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day functioning of Six Acres, ensuring efficient service delivery, consistent food and beverage quality, and adherence to company standards. Develop operational strategies to maintain profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with ownership and management to hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. Ensure all employees understand their roles, service expectations, and safety procedures.
· Prepare staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and special events. Regularly assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend measures to improve efficiency and teamwork.
· Manage food, beverage, and supply inventories to minimize waste and ensure consistent availability. Track daily revenues and expenses, analyze sales trends, and adjust pricing or menu items as needed to meet financial targets.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment in accordance with provincial health codes, liquor licensing requirements, and workplace safety standards.
· Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or complaints, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain a positive customer experience and the restaurant’s strong reputation.
· Balance cash registers, prepare financial reports, and complete required documentation, including balance sheets, deposit slips, and sales summaries.
· Review inventory reports, verify orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels of food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
· Analyze sales data and operational results, prepare periodic reports for management, and set achievable goals to drive continuous improvement in sales and service delivery.
· Assist the front-of-house team during busy periods, ensuring smooth service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
Education: High School Education
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a service-oriented environment is required. Previous experience specifically in restaurant operations is considered an asset but not mandatory.
Language: English

OTHER
Candidate should be willing to work in both morning & evening shifts.
Sometimes overtime may be required on some busy days/weekends
