Position Title: SPA MANAGER

We are looking for 01 SPA MANAGER (NOC 60040).
Job Duties:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Manage customer scheduling and appointments using POS systems to optimize staff utilization.
Lead and manage staff, including scheduling, orienting, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to meet salon needs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems

Education: Completion of a post-secondary diploma/certificate or higher.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in a nail salon/spa environment, and at least 2 years of management experience. Having experience as a Nail care technician is a big plus.
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Start date: As soon as possible

Wage: $31.00/hour
Hours: 6 to 8 hours/day, 30 to 40 hours/week
Location of work: G-123 Scurfield Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3Y 1L6. No remote work available.
Other requirements: Must be able to work in Canada legally
