Job duties: Scouting, spotting, guiding, calling, setting up and breaking down spreads. Talking with landowners. Reading RM maps. Cleaning birds. Leading guest hunters.
Duration/period of work: Seasonal, (Spring) April 2026 through Late May 2026. (Fall) September 2026 through early November 2026.
Wage: $200 USD based on a 9-hour day. Works out to $29.25-29.50 per hour. lodging, fuel and food are all provided
Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English

Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience
· Ability to call ducks & geese
· Be physically fit and be able to work long hours
· Have a trained retrieving dog, or experience with retrieving dogs
· Be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
· Be willing to work outdoors
· Be self motivated
· Have a good attitude and relate well to clients
· Participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
· Be able to read RM maps
· Have a clean driver’s record
· Resume required
