1355275 B.C. Ltd. DBA India Delight Bistro & Bar is looking for 2 Full-time Cooks at 6676 Sooke Road, Sooke, BC, V9Z 0A5. (Even though this position is full-time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 30 per week.

Main duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
Learn and prepare the restaurant’s current menu.
Oversee kitchen operations.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
May clean kitchen and work area.
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and
monitor and order supplies.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School. At least 2-3 experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment or the combination of education in cooking and at least one year experience of cooking in a commercial kitchen environment.
