Experience:
2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans to prioritize and organize tasks
Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Coordinate activities with other departments and work units
Prepare and submit operational reports
Arrange maintenance and repair work
Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Train staff on job duties and company policies
Arrange and coordinate staff training
Conduct performance reviews
Coordinate, assign, and review work
Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervision:
Supervise and coordinate the work of 3–4 employees
