Job Duties
Finalize operational plans for efficiently running the restaurant, assess the variety and quality of food and beverages served in the restaurant, manage take-outs and catering orders, supervise the kitchen, resolve customer issues, negotiate and book orders for indoor and outdoor catering, order kitchen supplies, recruit staff and provide training, control inventory, follow health and safety rules and regulations. Applicants may have a college diploma or degree in food/hospitality service or have more than 4 years of experience in the food service industry, including some experience as a supervisor or manager ofa restaurant /hotel.
