Job Duties: preparing and cooking meals for sit-in customers and takeout orders, scheduling duties for kitchen helpers, preparing special meals on orders from customers, supervising kitchen operations, training staff, ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, cleaning kitchen and work areas, etc.
Requirement: Applicants must have completed high school with several years of experience in cooking, or have a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks in relation to African specialty food, or completion of college or another program in cooking.
