Responsibilities
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Evaluate daily operations of all locations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor revenues to determine labor cost
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit, Train and Supervise staff
Set staff work schedules
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Engage, coach and train all individual store supervisors on regular basis for efficient Operations
Conduct performance reviews of Supervisors and staff of each location
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory for each location
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed by staff at all locations
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Leading/instructing individuals
Address customers complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Manage events
Oversee store closing activities during late-night shifts and plan operations for the next business day.
Coordinate regularly with school lunch committees to ensure effective delivery of the School Lunch Program.
