• Location: 1430 Concession 2 West Copetown, ON, L0R 1J0

• Work location: On site

• Salary: 18.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week

• Terms of employment: Seasonal employment, Full time

·        Start Date: 2026-03-24 and End Date is approximately 2026-11-21 (start date and the closing date of the golf course may vary depending on seasonal weather conditions impacting the start and end date of the worker. Hence, the start and end dates may either be earlier or later than indicated above)

·         Employment conditions: starting hours of the day will vary as season approaches its peak hours. Beginning may be 7 am and starting time will change as early as 4.30am (Ontario ESA exceptions will apply).  Must be available to work in any shift including Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening occasionally up to 10pm, Weekends, and holidays.

·        Shared accommodation could be provided for a fee, as per availability.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate

Weight handling : Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate special events

• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

• Inspect kitchens and food service areas

• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

• Order supplies and equipment

• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

• Clean kitchen and work areas

• Recruit and hire staff

• Manage kitchen operations
