· Location: 1430 Concession 2 West Copetown, ON, L0R1J0
· Work location: On site
· Salary: 18.00 hourly / 35 to 44 hours per week
· Terms of employment: Seasonal employment, Full time
· Start Date: 2026-03-24 and End Date is approximately 2026-11-21 (start date and the closing date of the golf course may vary depending on seasonal weather conditions impacting the start and end date of the worker. Hence, the start and end dates may either be earlier or later than indicated above)
· Employment conditions: starting hours of the day will vary as season approaches its peak hours. Beginning may be 7 am and finishing time can be up to 12 midnight depending on events. Must be available to work in any shift including Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening occasionally up to midnight, Weekends, and holidays.
· Shared accommodation could be provided for a fee, as per availability.
· Benefits: Work meal discounts. We will provide partial uniforms. Overtime after 44 hours.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
· Co-ordinate special events, Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
· Plan menus and estimate food requirements and costs.
· Requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
· Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
· Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment and order supplies.
· Clean kitchen and work areas.
· Manage kitchen operations.
· Determine size of food portion.
· Must be willing to work in all areas of the kitchen including preparation, cooking, assembling, and helping with the cleaning of dishes and kitchen tools.
· Practices according to food safety standards for hygiene, sanitation and safety.
· Any other duties as assigned.
