(Food Services Manager)
We are looking for experienced Food Services Managers for INK Entertainment Group. The head office is located at 144 Bloor Street West, 7th Floor Toronto, ON M5S 1M4 Canada. You may be required to work at other locations in the Toronto region.

Job Duties:
Direct and oversee day-to-day operations across INK Entertainment’s restaurant and hospitality venues, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to established brand standards.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring teams are trained to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Collaborate with culinary and executive management teams to develop menus, pricing strategies, and seasonal offerings aligned with brand positioning and target market expectations.
Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling labour and food costs, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across operations.
Oversee procurement and inventory management, including supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring consistent availability of high- quality ingredients and supplies.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections to maintain operational standards and mitigate risk.
Manage customer experience by addressing escalated concerns, maintaining service quality, and implementing improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate and supervise high-volume service periods, special events, and private functions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client expectations.
Develop and manage staff schedules based on business demand, optimizing workforce allocation during peak periods and special events.
Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, improve service efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing training, and implement staff development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and leadership pipeline.
Maintain detailed operational records, including sales, inventory, and staffing metrics, and provide reports to senior management to support business planning.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary School certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years in the food industry.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
