· Salary: 18.00 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per week
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
· Must be available to work any assigned shift including Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend, and holidays.

Education: Is an asset.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of cooking experience.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Restaurant, Remote location
Responsibilities and Tasks
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
· Inspect kitchens and food service areas
· Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times.
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Operate kitchen equipment.
· Maintain sanitation standards.
· Ensure all food meets high-quality "Gold Standard" and safety guidelines.
· Maintain efficient production of food items in accordance with standard cooking times, as outlined in training manuals.
· Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
· Maintain a clean working station before, during, after each shift.
· Ensure menu knowledge; build menu as per brand standard and respond to customer questions/concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Any other duties as per business requirements.
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
