Tasks:
· Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dine-in, takeout, and delivery.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.
Track sales performance and assist with improving restaurant operations and profitability.

Skills Requirements
Education:
Secondary education is usually required or equivalent experience. Food Safety and Smart Serve Certificate is a must.
Work Experience:
