Title of the position: Restaurant Manager – NOC 60030
Number of positions available: one.
Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.
Language: English
Wage: C$23.00 per hour

Job Duties
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring a consistently high standard of food, beverage, and guest service.
· Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the premises.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
· Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff to meet business needs.
· Delegate responsibilities effectively to optimize resources.
· Conduct pre-shift meetings, provide coaching, and manage performance.
· Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication and leadership.
· Engage directly with guests, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.
· Uphold a welcoming and professional environment for all patrons.
· Oversee accurate cash-out and stock-control procedures.
· Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability; provide weekly and monthly reports to the President.
· Participate in the preparation of annual business plans and budgets.
· Manage supplier relationships and procurement to ensure best pricing and minimize waste.
· Work with the President on product development, promotions, and operational improvements.
· Implement new systems and practices to improve efficiency and customer experience.
· Support marketing and community engagement efforts to grow the business.
Requirements
· 2 years experience in a similar role.
· Diploma in hospitality or food and beverage management.
· Familiar with industry best practices.
· Strong leadership abilities
· Written and verbal communication skills.
· Organizational skills.
· Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
· Follow direction and instructions.
