(Food Services Manager)
We are looking for an experienced Food Services Manager for Pie Muskoka located 114 Medora St, Port Carling, ON P0B 1J0 Canada.

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations of a high-volume wood-fired pizza restaurant, including dine-in, takeout, delivery, kitchen production, and customer service activities.
Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards to maintain food quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate kitchen and front-of-house staff involved in wood-fired pizza preparation and restaurant operations.
Train staff on food preparation procedures, portion control, presentation standards, safe food handling practices, and customer service expectations.
Oversee food preparation and quality control to ensure consistency in specialty pizzas, house-made menu items, and other restaurant offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of food products, specialty ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies while controlling food and labour costs.
Analyze staffing requirements and prepare work schedules to ensure efficient operations during peak dining periods and seasonal business fluctuations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations in accordance with provincial and local requirements.
Address customer concerns and maintain high service standards to support guest satisfaction and repeat business.
Prerequisites:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more of experience in the Food Industry or equivalent.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.00 for 30 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
