Industrial Spray Painter
Location: 1305 Kelly Lake Road, Suite 5, Sudbury, ON, P3E 5P5
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Sudbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for spray painting equipment, ensuring high-quality finishes, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $36.00 per hour
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of related experience
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain work areas and equipment
Organize and maintain inventory of materials and supplies
Operate and monitor spray coating equipment
Apply coatings to metal products using automated systems and hand-held spray guns
Paint small items and perform touch-ups using brushes
Prepare and mix metallizing and coating solutions according to specifications
Select and mix paints to achieve required finishes
Apply stencils, decals, and other decorative elements as required
Inspect finished products and verify coating thickness using measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, callipers)
Perform basic quality control checks and report any defects or issues
Assist in preparing items for coating, including cleaning and surface preparation
Experience & Skills
Experience with automated spray painting systems and hand-held spray equipment is an asset
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
