Job Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to identify business and technical requirements.
Analyze, document, and develop information systems solutions. Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and business applications.
Provide recommendations on IT strategy, policies, service delivery, and system improvements.
Assess security risks related to data, software, hardware, and networks.
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and contingency plans.
Support software development by implementing best practices throughout the software development life cycle. Perform quality assurance reviews and evaluate software products and information systems.
Conduct usability and software application testing.
Operate testing tools and equipment to verify product quality and system performance.
Document test results and resolve technical issues.
Provide post-implementation technical support and client assistance.
