Responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct, evaluate, and control daily technical operations of a specialized industrial wash facility, including a fully automated touchless system and a 150-foot heavy-duty bay.
Hire, supervise, and coordinate a team of 3 to 4 staff members.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship regarding industrial safety (WHMIS), high-pressure system maintenance, and complex chemical management.
Establish, document, and implement specialized operational policies and procedures for all staff.
Oversee facility safety and high-pressure equipment protocols (1,500+ PSI) to ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety standards and environmental wastewater regulations.
Provide high-level technical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and oversight for automated drive-through systems and specialized equipment (such as DeMudder systems).
Coordinate logistical services and turnaround times for commercial clients, specifically managing washing operations for oversized commercial fleets (B-Trains), off-road machinery, and heavy equipment.
Manage the complex chemistry of industrial detergents required for industrial-scale vehicle decontamination.
Address and effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns to maintain high service standards.
