Nail & Spa Salon Supervisor

Due to business expansion and growth, we are looking for a (01) full-time, permanent (35 hr) Nail & Spa Salon Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities, working turns for manicurist/pedicurist in the salon
· Monitor quality of production from manicurist/pedicurist in the salon
· Establish work schedule and procedures for the salon
· Resolve customers’ feedbacks and work-related issues
· Train new staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
· Order materials and supplies.
· Oversee cleaning and hygiene of the salon
· May support co-workers during busy time if needed.
And:
· Strong interpersonal & relationship skills
· High school diploma
· 1+ year of supervisory experience in a customer services set-up is required.
· Completion of nail related courses is an asset
· Ability to work on a flexible schedule
Remuneration:
· $31 per/hr for 35 hours per week
