· Location: 10006 - 99 Avenue, La Crête, AB, T0H2H0
· Salary: $18.50 to $24.00 hourly (based on service/experience/performance).
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 30 to 44 hours per week
· Starts as soon as possible

· On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
· Work setting/ Transportation/travel information: Restaurant, Remote location. Since public transportation is not an option in this rural community, Travel assistance is provided to the employees those who does not have a car and when necessary (eg. rides are offered anytime especially during rainy summer days as well as cold winter days).
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate OR equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Certificates: Safe Food Handling certificate

Responsibilities and Tasks
· Estimating the daily and weekly quantities of chicken, breading, cooking oil, fries, buns, sauces, beverages, and other food ingredients based on sales forecasts.
· Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available for each shift.
· Communicate inventory requirements to the Management.
· Reduce food waste by accurately forecasting demand and maintaining proper inventory levels.
· Establish work schedules and methods to meet work schedules.
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
· Prepare budget and cost estimates.
· Provide customer service.
· Address customers' complaints or concerns.
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
· Prepare and submit reports.
· Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
· Supervise and check delivery and food orders.
· Assist management in estimating and monitoring the quantities of food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies required for daily meal preparation based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production needs, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing waste.
· Clean and maintain cleanliness of every area of the restaurant.
· Any other duties as per business requirements.
