(Accommodation Services Manager)
We are looking for a well experienced Accommodation Services Manager for “Quality Inn & Suites Kingston” located at 1530 Robinson Court Kingston, ON K7P 0K4, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of accommodation services to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of guest satisfaction.
Oversee departmental operations including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance, ensuring coordination and efficiency across all service areas.
Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of department supervisors and team members.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including compliance with occupational health standards and safe handling procedures.
Establish and maintain quality assurance standards; address guest concerns, resolve service issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for procurement of hotel supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
Maintain inventory control systems for linens, guest supplies, and operational materials across both hotel locations.
Prepare operational reports, occupancy forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management; recommend improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including workplace safety standards and proper handling of cleaning materials.
May perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more within the Hospitality Industry.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $39.62 Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
