Location: 1295 Plank Road, Sarnia, ON, N7T 7H3
Work location: On site
Salary: $89,000 annually / 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Must be flexible to work including Morning, Day, some Weekends, some holidays.
Starts as soon as possible

Languages: English
Education: A college diploma or a university degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in courier, postal, or transportation operations are crucial.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Courier and parcel express service.
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Responsibilities and Tasks
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities and operations of the company. This will include overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring adherence to defined timelines while driving continuous improvement through process design, performance metrics, and analytical evaluation.
Interview, hire and provide training to staff.
Co-ordinate the duties of staff.
Manage through divisional heads, the accurate and expedient movement of parcels.
Support the development of tools and business cases through detailed analysis and structured planning.
Review effectiveness of operations and implement changes to increase efficiencies, delivery times and cost management.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and administer the expenditures of the organization.
Analyze and prepare location-based reports for management review and decision-making.
Communicate with our major e-commerce partner and other external organizations to ensure efficiencies in service delivery.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and delivery-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Perform essential administrative duties to support and align with daily operational activities.
Any other duties as per business requirements.
