Duties: 

·       Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.

·       Determine the type of services to be offered and put in place operating processes.

·       Address Customer complaints and concerns on time.

·       Establish work schedules for employees and monitor their performance.

·       Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

·       Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices.

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

·       Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
