Tasks:
- create & prepare daily specials menu
- manage inventory to ensure kitchen is adequately stocked
- seek ways to improve kitchen and menu
- scheduling kitchen staff and monitoring staff
- work with chefs to improve or maintain menu quality
- ensure standards for kitchen cleanliness are adhered to and maintained
- look for ways to improve kitchen and service to customers
- do food cost control and quality
