We are looking for a well experienced Food Service Manager for a well-known resort “Ahmic Lake Resort” located at 50 Robinson Drive Ahmic Harbour, ON P0A 1A0, Canada.

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily food service operations for the resort’s restaurant, lounge, patio dining, brunch buffet, and guest meal services.
Supervise cooks, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality guest service standards.
Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality for specialty menu items such as schnitzels, seafood platters, and seasonal resort-style offerings.
Coordinate staffing schedules and labour requirements to support seasonal tourism demand, waterfront dining, group bookings, and special events.
Manage inventory, food purchasing, and supplier coordination while maintaining food quality and cost control standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and liquor service regulations.
Address guest concerns, dietary requests, and service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist with menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities for brunch services and resort events.
Analyze sales, labour, and food costs to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Recruit, train, and evaluate food service staff to maintain consistent hospitality and service standards.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 3 years of experience in food industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 27.47 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
