Overview
F&M Caulking Limited is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Foam Insulator Foreman/Woman to lead and oversee foam insulation projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive knowledge of construction management, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role is vital in ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion while managing a team of insulators and coordinating with project stakeholders.
Duties:
Supervise and coordinate foam insulation installation activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes
Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to meet deadlines
Oversee quality control procedures to ensure insulation meets industry standards and client requirements
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in construction estimating to maintain financial efficiency
Lead and supervise a team of foam insulators, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project
Requirements
Proven supervisory experience in construction or insulation projects, with a strong background in foam insulation installation
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Primavera P6, ProCore, and other construction management software tools
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and quality control processes
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse project stakeholders
Construction management certification or relevant training is preferred, but not mandatory
