SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English

Specific Skills:
® Prepare, bake, and finish baked goods such as donuts, muffins, croissants, and cookies
® Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
® Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality and consistency
® Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area, equipment, and utensils
® Operate mixers, proofers, ovens, and other bakery equipment safely
® Control food waste and minimize spoilage
® Ensure all baked items meet Tim Hortons' product standards
® Assist with inventory rotation and restocking
® Coordinate with front-line staff to ensure timely product availability
® Follow daily production plans and prepare large batches as required
® Receive and put away product deliveries following FIFO standards and safety protocols
