We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced full-time, live-out caregiver for our child, who will be approximately one year old. Applicants must have at least one year of experience caring for infants or toddlers. plan to return to full-time work in October 2026, as one parent’s hospital-based surgical practice involves 24-hour emergency call, as well as night and weekend work, this position requires reliable, developmentally appropriate in-home care and reasonable scheduling flexibility

· Work location: On site
· Salary: $21.00 per hour, 35 hours per week ( may require up to 40 hours / week)
· Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time
· Schedule: Early mornings, mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and flexible hours; schedule to be determined
· Start date: As early as October 1, 2026

· Private health insurance will be provided until the caregiver becomes eligible for OHIP, along with three paid sick days. Statutory holidays will be provided, or compensated at 1.5 times the regular rate, as applicable, together with 10 paid vacation days per year. Additional benefits include free parking, meals during the workday, and either a gasoline subsidy or transportation coverage.

Tasks
· Change diapers
· Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas
· Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
· Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
· Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
· Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
· Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
· Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
· Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
· Prepare and serve nutritious meals
· Prepare infants and children for rest periods
· Supervise and care for children
· Tend to emotional well-being of children
