Northern Touch Property Care, located at 639 Dupont St., Suite 180, Toronto, ON M6G 1Z4, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Window Cleaning Supervisor to lead our new location. This role involves hands-on window cleaning plus additional supervisory responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service, safety compliance, and team performance.
· FULL-TIME POSITION
· 30-40 HRS. PER WEEK
· 37.00 PER HOUR
Responsibilities:
· Supervising and coordinating the activities of workers in various unit groups, such a
· Window cleaners, rope access technicians, and specialized cleaners
· Training and motivating team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness
· and hygiene.
· Inspecting facilities to ensure effective cleaning and compliance with safety
· regulations.
· Managing employee schedules and assigning workers to different duties and roles.
· Discussing general cleaning procedures and recommending changes if necessary.
· Maintaining and submitting reports regarding cleaning personnel, equipment, supplies, and general expenses.
· Perform commercial and residential window cleaning
· Ensure proper use of ladders, water-fed poles, and safety equipment
· Always enforce health & safety guidelines
· Communicate with management regarding schedules, issues, and job progress
Order and distribute cleaning supplies
REQUIREMENTS:
· Comfortable working at heights
· Must have a certificate to work at heights
· Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs)
· Strong leadership, reliability, and problem-solving skills
· Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
