United Bait Inc. is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Worm Picker-Packers / Harvesting Laborers. Successful candidates will assist with careful harvesting, sorting, counting, packing, and handling of worms in a hands-on agricultural environment with varying weather conditions. This on-site position is suited to applicants who are reliable, physically capable, and willing to learn.
Job Details
· Location: 10 Pine St., Stratford, ON N5A 1W3
· Work location: On site
· Salary: $18.50 hourly / 35 hours per week
· Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time
· Schedule: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, shift work, flexible hours, and hours to be determined
· Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities and Tasks
· Pick, sort, count, and pack worms according to company quality standards.
· Prepare worm beds, trays, containers, and packing areas for daily production.
· Collect worms carefully from soil, bedding, or production areas while minimizing damage and maintaining product quality.
· Feed worms and assist with maintaining proper bedding moisture, cleanliness, and handling conditions.
· Load, unload, move, and stack crates, containers, bedding materials, supplies, and packed products safely.
