Job Summary
P. SHARMA & ASSOCIATES INC. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to oversee and coordinate the firm's administrative operations and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The successful candidate will establish and implement administrative procedures, coordinate office services, support management, supervise administrative activities, and maintain efficient office operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Permanent Full-time Position
Wages: $37 hourly
Working Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School Required
- Completion of a Post-secondary program in business administration, office administration, or a related field is an asset, but not required
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is a valuable asset
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily office administrative activities to ensure efficient business operations.
- Ensure office policies, procedures, and organizational standards are consistently followed.
- Implement and maintain office policies and administrative procedures, and review and improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and review the work of administrative staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines
- Support budgeting activities by tracking office expenses, maintaining inventory records, and monitoring budget allocations.
- Gather, organize, and evaluate information to prepare reports, business correspondence, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and confidential documentation in both electronic and paper formats.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to organize administrative services, monitor service delivery, and resolve operational matters.
- Supervise administrative staff and assist in the onboarding, orientation, and training of new employees.
- Review and monitor administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and organizational standards.
