We are looking for well experienced Cooks for The Grocery Store located at 4211 Village Square Whistler, BC V8E 1H4 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
Prepare and cook a variety of fresh food items, including breakfast dishes, sandwiches, soups, salads, baked items, and other grab-and-go meals.
Prepare food according to standardized recipes and customer orders while maintaining consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Portion, assemble, and package prepared foods for retail display, take-out, and catering orders.
Inspect, prepare, and store ingredients to ensure freshness, proper stock rotation, and minimal food waste.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and food preparation area in compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment safely and report equipment issues as required.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving deliveries, and inform management of ingredient and supply requirements.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food production and excellent customer service.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 3 year to less than 5 years of experience in the food industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 20 to $ 22 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay
