Job Description
• Recruit, manage, and lead the sales team to achieve company objectives;
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and annual sales plans;
• Drive the execution of sales plans and ensure sales targets and revenue goals are consistently achieved;
• Organize and deliver product knowledge and sales training to the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote the company’s products effectively;
• Develop and execute the long-term product line strategy, including product positioning, market development and lifecycle planning;
• Identify, develop and maintain relationship with large-scale commercial customers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and other key industry professionals to expand the company’s market presence;
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth;
• Collaborate with senior management to establish business development priorities and improve overall sales performance.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration and management, Business/commerce, International business/trade/commerce, General sales, merchandising and related marketing operations, Marketing/marketing management, or a related field is preferable;
• 2 years or more working experience in related fields;
• Laguage: English;
• Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast-paced environment, work under pressure, Attention to details;
• Personal suitability: collaborative, efficiency, energetic, goal-oriented, positive attitude, proactive, time management, cient focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, patience, ability to multitask;
• Familiar with computer applications: MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Email.
