MK Beauty Enterprises Inc, dba Professionail, located at 1131, 10153 King George BLVD, Surrey, BC V3T 1W1 is looking for one Permanent, full time Beauty Shop Manager.
Wage: $ 38.40 /hour. You will be required to work 30 hours a week.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Store managers perform some or all of the following duties:
1. Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the beauty salon and nail-care business.
2. Supervise, schedule and coordinate the work of nail technicians, estheticians, reception staff and other salon employees.
3. Recruit, train and provide ongoing guidance to employees regarding salon procedures, customer service, hygiene and workplace safety.
4. Ensure high-quality beauty, nail-care and customer-service standards are consistently maintained.
5. Respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
6. Manage appointment scheduling, staff coverage and workflow to ensure timely and efficient service.
7. Monitor inventory levels and order nail products, beauty supplies, equipment and other salon materials as required.
8. Establish and implement salon policies, service procedures, pricing, promotional activities and customer-retention strategies.
9. Maintain business records, review sales and operating expenses, process payments and prepare reports for the business owner.
10. Ensure the salon complies with applicable health, sanitation, licensing, employment and workplace-safety requirements.
