Trust Windows Corp. is a growing window and exterior renovation company specializing in the professional installation, repair, and servicing of windows and other prefabricated products for residential and construction projects. We are committed to providing reliable workmanship, quality installation services, and professional customer service to our clients.
We are currently seeking 5 experienced Window Installers to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for performing professional window installation and related construction and renovation activities, including:
Install interior prefabricated products, including windows and related components.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and installation instructions to determine project requirements.
Determine appropriate layouts and installation procedures for windows and other prefabricated products.
Install windows and related products in residential, commercial, renovation, and construction settings.
Repair, service, and maintain exterior prefabricated products.
Repair and service interior prefabricated products.
Inspect completed installations to ensure proper fit, alignment, operation, and quality.
Provide professional and courteous customer service while working at customer and construction sites.
Prepare and maintain work materials, supplies, and equipment required for installation projects.
Load and unload trucks with windows, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
Safely operate hand tools and power tools required for window installation and repair.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow applicable workplace and job-site safety procedures.
Complete work orders, invoices, installation documentation, and other required records.
Travel to various work locations as required to complete installation projects.
Work cooperatively with other installers, construction workers, supervisors, and customers.
Employment Requirements
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
2 years or more of relevant work experience in window installation, construction, renovation, or a related field.
Previous experience installing and servicing windows is considered an asset.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, specifications, and installation instructions.
Experience using hand tools and common installation equipment.
Ability and willingness to travel to various job sites.
Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good customer-service and communication skills.
