We are hiring for an experienced “Retail Store Supervisor” for Ultramar Gas station located at 4 Cattail Ridge Sackville, NB E4L 3S1

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory control and stock management for both the gas station and the convenience store.
Supervise and maintain high standards of customer service within the convenience store.
Manage and adjust retail pricing for products sold at the gas station and the convenience store.
Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties for employees across both locations.
Train and supervise new employees to ensure proper operational and customer service procedures.
Provide regular reports to the Manager regarding sales performance, inventory levels, product movement, and customer service feedback.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 21.00 to $22.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
