Job duties
Applying spray foam insulation accurately across various residential and commercial applications using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods.
Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
Demonstrating a solid understanding of spray foam products, installation techniques, and basic building science.
Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers
Managing job sites effectively, maintaining quality control, inventory, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Maintaining professional communication with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site.
Education & Experience:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Atleast 1-2 years of proven experience in insulation installation works or as an insulator helper is required.
Skills:
· Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders and scaffolding, and working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing code-compliant, high-quality work.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights if necessary.
