Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
Participate in the manufacturing of wood fiber insulation boards
Perform material handling and general labour tasks
Work in accordance with plant safety standards and procedures
Contribute to production improvements and teamwork initiatives
Working Conditions
$26.35/hour
Evening shift premium: $1.08/hour
Night shift premium: $1.28/hour
2 floating holidays
11 statutory holidays
Full-time, stable, and well-structured employment
Requirements
Ability to work a rotating 8-hour shift schedule (Monday to Friday. You will rotate through all three shifts on a weekly basis according to a pre-established schedule.):
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
High school diploma (DES)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable with manual and physical work
Interest in the manufacturing industry
Experience as a forklift operator (an asset)
Experience in the pulp and paper industry (an asset)
French speaking
