📦 Key Responsibilities
Operational planning — Develop and prioritize daily workflow plans
Task organization — Coordinate activities across departments
Logistics oversight — Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
Reporting — Prepare and submit operational reports
Maintenance coordination — Arrange repair and maintenance work
Problem resolution — Provide technical guidance and improve productivity
Team supervision — Assign, review, and coordinate staff tasks
Inventory management — Organize and maintain inventory levels
Material requisition — Order supplies, equipment, and materials
🧰 Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to handle loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
🎓 Qualifications
College diploma (1–2 years)
2–3 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational abilities
Team-oriented with analytical and proactive mindset
