Job Summary:
Tulsi Food Inc. (Royal Pizza) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service standards and ensure efficient business performance and customer satisfaction.

Work Location: On site
Wages: 37.50 hourly
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Work Schedule: Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits; evaluating daily operations; monitoring staff performance; planning and organizing daily operations; recruiting, scheduling, supervising and training staff; balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; conducting performance reviews; costing products and services; organizing and maintaining inventory; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities; leading and instructing individuals; addressing customers’ complaints or concerns; and providing excellent customer service.
Supervision
Supervise and coordinate a team of 5-10 people.
