Job Description
Liberty Entertainment Group is seeking experienced and talented Acrobats to perform at various entertainment venues, special events, private functions, restaurants, theatres, and other locations.
The successful candidates will perform entertaining and engaging acts for audiences and will be required to travel extensively across Ontario for performances, events, and productions. Assignments may require employees to remain in different cities or provinces for some periods of time, depending on performance schedules and operational requirements.
The position involves working in stage and theatre environments and may include working at heights and in noisy or potentially dangerous environments.
Responsibilities
● Perform professional acrobatic and circus routines for live audiences.
● Perform ground and aerial acrobatics, stunts, jumps, balances, and choreographed movements.
● Engage with audiences and participate in promotional activities and events
● Adapt performances to suit different venues and audience preferences
● Participate in rehearsals and performance preparation.
● Maintain the physical conditioning, flexibility, balance, and coordination required for performances.
● Follow established safety procedures during rehearsals and performances.
● Travel extensively across Canada for performances, including assignments requiring extended stays in different cities or provinces.
● Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
Education & Experience
● Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
● 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
Work Environment
● Noisy environments.
● Working at heights.
● Potentially dangerous performance environments.
● Stage or theatre settings.
● Various work locations.
