• Location: Various locations in Lower mainland based on business address 13911 78 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 2X9
• Salary: $ 32 per hour for 30 -40 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full time
• Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Shift, to be determined
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1- 2 years of previous experience in the related field OR completion of two -three years of apprenticeship program is required.
Work site environment: At heights, Noisy, Dusty
Work setting: Construction
Job duties:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other construction materials.
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes using appropriate measurement tools.
Schedule and coordinate work on job sites, including surveying building locations and levels.
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
Maintain, repair, and renovate residential structures.
Provide guidance to trainees and supervise other workers when required.
