(Food Service Manager)
We are looking for a well-experienced Food Service Manager for “McEwan Enterprises.” to work at 38 Karl Fraser Road, Toronto, ON M3C 0H7, Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily food service and catering operations, including corporate catering, private events, weddings and other special functions.
Coordinate with chefs, event staff and service teams to ensure food preparation, presentation, delivery and service are completed according to event requirements and company standards.
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise food service and catering staff, assign duties and monitor staff performance to maintain efficient operations and high service standards.
Coordinate catering orders and event requirements, including guest counts, menu selections, dietary requests, staffing, equipment, delivery schedules and on-site service arrangements.
Monitor food, beverage and catering supply inventories, coordinate purchasing requirements and maintain appropriate stock levels while controlling food, labour and operating costs.
Ensure food quality, sanitation, health and safety standards are consistently maintained during food preparation, packaging, transportation, event setup and service.
Oversee on-site and off-site catering logistics, including food delivery, event setup, staffing, service and breakdown, to ensure events are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Communicate with clients regarding catering requirements, menu options and service arrangements, and address customer concerns to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Review operational procedures and catering workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency, maintain food quality and support consistent service delivery.
Maintain records related to staffing, inventory, catering orders, operating costs and other food service activities, and prepare operational reports as required.
Prerequisites:
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service, catering, hospitality operations or management.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $37.00 to $39.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Work Location: On site
