Subway, located at 6856 S Island Hwy S, Fanny Bay, BC V0R 1W0 is looking for one permanent, Full time Food Service Supervisor at its above location.
Aboriginal youth, new Permanent Resident immigrants and people with disabilities who can demonstrate required education and work experience are encouraged to apply.
Education Required: Minimum High School graduated and one to two years of Customer service experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Salary $20.15/hour.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duties include:
Supervise, Co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
