Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Prepare food orders for deliveries and catering orders.
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
Asist management in creating new menu ideas,
Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies,
Inspect kitchens and food service areas,
Supervise and Train junior kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food,
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment,
Clean kitchen and work areas
Any other duties assigned

Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
